We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support our Training & Development division. You will coordinate training programs and learning initiatives for client organizations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate logistics for training programs
Manage training calendar and participant communications
Maintain training records and reports
Support instructional design and content development
Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field
2+ years of training coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with LMS platforms
