Job Description
Candor Technology Services is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through various channels
Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain database
Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements
Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding
Build and maintain candidate relationships

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in IT staffing preferred
Knowledge of various sourcing techniques
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
